Unknown Tunes on American 65-Key Gavioli Music Books
By Mikey Mills

Hi All, I recently acquired a sizable amount of 65-key Gavioli book
music arranged by the Berni Organ Company and Molinari. These were
two of the major companies responsible for book music in the United
States, followed by B.A.B in the 1920s.

Unfortunately, there is very little American book music surviving due
to the vast majority of imported European organs being converted to
rolls -- or the organs themselves being traded in for a new American
built organ.

In my opinion, this is some of the best American band organ music
I have ever heard! All of this music has now been scanned and I have
been editing all of the music to hopefully make these available once
again for 65-key Gaviolis as well as organs with a similar scale.

Many of these tunes are unidentified, and hopefully MMD readers here
may be able to help. Most of these seem to date from around 1913.
