Barrel Organ Crank Handle

Hi Phil, It was probably for ergonomic reason. It's more logical to
turn the crank in the way shown by the form than in opposite way.

And the shape allows to adjust the diameter of the wheel and thus
modify the force developed to drive the instrument.
