Stephen Simpson, aka Happy Cow Music, was one of the few arrangers 
to produce good American-sounding music on 20-note rolls. As I recall 
reading, he also lead a "country music" band in the UK.

He stopped producing music a good many years ago, I think sometime 
about 2010.
