Yes, it is the music used by Charlie Chaplin in an old film. I have
a video copy of this film and Charlie Chaplin himself sings.

One Duo-Art reference of this title exists; I am looking for this
piano roll:

roll. This title was on an eBay sale listing, with a photo. I put
an order and paid for this but the dealer didn't find it again.
