I have a question concerning Chopin's Scherzo No 1, Op 20, in B-minor.
I am aware that Josef Hofmann recorded it for the Duo-Art (Duo-Art
roll no. 6992-6). I also believe (correct me if I'm wrong) that it
was never recorded for the Ampico.

I'm aware that there were many Duo-Art rolls that were re-coded to
play on the Ampico system. I'm wondering, (1) has this roll ever
been re-coded? (2) If not, would it be possible to have this done,
and if so what would be involved?

I believe that if it could be re-coded Tim Baxter could probably
produce the rolls, but would there be enough interest to justify
such a project?
