Limonaire 35-key Tubing Sizes
By Jim Quashnock

I am slowly working through the repair of the 35-key Limonaire that
I got last year. I have a question about the tubing. This had all been
replaced with 3/8" vinyl tubing, which with a little tape fit okay.
I will replace it with proper tubing.

However, the problem is the diameter of the various nipples. On the key
frame, the upper row of nipples is 10 mm diamter, the lower row is 9 mm.
On the pallet pneumatic board, they are all 8 mm. Everything appears
original.

If everything was 8 mm there would not be a problem, but I cannot find
any tubing in my stash of tubing which will fit all three dimensions --
which go from roughly 3/8" to 5/16".

Any suggestions of tubing to use which has enough stretch to fit all
three diameters?
