Audio-To-MIDI Transcriptions For Making Piano Rolls
By Piotr Barcz

I've got a lot of audio to MIDI transcriptions that I've been
considering mastering for piano rolls. They're suitable for Disklavier
playback as they stand, but I edited one recently to sound good on a
normal piano roll (compensating for sustain with note length for the
most part, and smoothing out things that would sound choppy, etc.).

If anyone with a Spencer Chase laser perforator would like to make
rolls from any of these, then let me know which ones. I'd be happy
to edit the files as needed to make a good roll! Check my YouTube
channel for finished rolls: https://www.youtube.com/c/PiotrBarcz

I'd love to see these actually put to good use rather than just
existing as a novelty. However, please don't use the transcription
files that aren't edited specifically for rolls. They just won't sound
good, and I'd hate to see people wasting paper on a product that could
be better.
