The Band Organs at Knoebels Grand Carousel

Hello, yesterday my good friend Tom Iannucci and I paid a visit
to Knoebels Amusement Resort in Elysburg, Pennsylvania; see

This is the first of three articles I am writing about Knoebels. This
one will cover the historic 1913 Grand Carousel and its three organs.
This carousel alternates the organs playing there.

Within the carousel itself a Stinson organ plays for some part of the
day. When we were there, my only thing I noticed about this small organ
is that they need to slow down the music tempo, which Tom told me is
possible with a Stinson organ.

The other organ I got to hear there is the 1881 Frati organ playing
B.A.B. Organ Co. music rolls. This organ is located outside the carousel
but within the pavilion. This organ played really well when I was there
and I loved the sound of it.

The third organ we saw was the Gebr. Bruder Model 107 52-key fairground
organ. It is also located outside the carousel, but within the pavilion
on the other side. Sadly it did not play when we were there, it would
have been nice to hear that one play as well. I love the sound of it
through other YouTube videos.
