I have a quite rare 1916 Royal style 16 player piano made by Krell.
At some point in the past it was sloppily rebuilt and a tracking device
was added. The original tracker bar was replaced with a Standard tracker
bar [with 4 holes for the roll tracking system] and the spoolbox was
redone to accommodate the smaller tracker bar.

I assume that, at the same time as the spoolbox disfiguring, the foot
pump pedals were removed to make way for a loud and clunky vacuum pump.
I have since removed it but I am still without pedals. And somehow the
bottom panel of the piano, with the pedal door, has gone missing.

I am now in search of an original Royal tracker bar, a pair of pedals
for the bellows, an original Royal spoolbox, and any other parts that
may surface. If anyone has any parts, please reach out to me at
