Added Disklavier Contest Entry

Hello MMD'ers!  All of you who are interested in Disklaviers:  I have
added one additional entry (left out due to a communications problem)
to the current competition.  It is an Ampico roll transcription by
Horst Mohr, and, should you be interested, I would recommend down-
loading it.  Be sure to pick your favorite and vote!  Thanks to all who
participated.
