 [ enabled browser, so its probably a good idea to try connecting to
 [ the site early and see if your browser works.  If not, you may
 [ have to adjust its configuration or download a new one.  I recommend
 [ Netscape Navigator or Netscape Communicator, both of which can

 [ However, don't forget to "Enable" Java and JavaScript.  In
 [ Navigator 3.04, select the "Options" pulldown menu.  Pick the "Network
 [ Preferences" item and when the dialog box comes up, select "Languages".
 [ In Navagator 4.0, use the "Edit" pulldown menu and select
 [ "Preferences". In the little window that pops up, click on the word
 [ "Advanced".  Some checkboxes will appear.  Make sure that "Enable
 [ Java" and "Enable Javascript" are checked.  Then click on "OK".
