Pacific Piano Supply

Being from So. Calif. myself, I have used Pacific Piano to rebuild two
pianos.  I have had the best of experiences with their service.

The only drop in performance was due to the Northridge earthquake
destroying their string winding machine and they opted to not replace
it, so bass strings now take a week or two.  They did tell me it would
be better (and cheaper) to deal directly with Schaff when I had hammers
custom-made for an antique square grand.

Nice to see a parts dealer willing to forfeit a piece of the action
(so to speak) when it helps the customer.
