Seeburg E With Pipes Pressure Reserve Adjustment
By Stephen Kent Goodman

I'm finishing up the restoration of a Seeburg E with violin pipes, that
several tinkerers have unfortunately done their best to "fix it up" in
the past. With the spring tension that is currently on the reserve and
the way the violin pipes are just blowing -- just a shade under
overblowing -- plus sounding like band organ violin pipes, I suspect
that there is indeed too much spring tension used in the pressure
reserve.

My question is, does anyone know how many pounds of spring tension
a small Seeburg pipe reserve should be using?

Thank you in advance for the help.
