Steinway Duo-Art 9' 6" Concert Grand Pianos

I've been wondering for years how many of these behemoths are still
around and who has one..., and how many still retain their Duo-Art
mechanisms? And while I'm on it, who bought these pianos originally?

These pianos must have been the ones built to show off the Duo-Art
for concerts with orchestras, therefore specially encoded rolls had to
be made for them for the dynamics to work effectively enough to fill a
concert hall. Does anybody know what happened to them all?
