Hello, Kent.  Seeing your post in the Mechanical Music Digest made me
search out a small book I have by J. C. Kleinbauer, entitled "How to
Build a Barrel Organ, An Adventure in Plastic".  It tells how to use
the reeds from a harmonica to build a barrel organ.

Do an internet search on "J. C. Kleinbauer".  You'll turn up a bunch
of hits about this book as well as his other writings.  Lots of
information there, far more than can be easily conveyed in an email.
Good luck in this project, it looks like it will be fun!
