Robbie is right about the performer on the Abbey "Cook" records.
The performances were via player piano.

If Rob DeLand has a copy of our Rollography, Volume 5, he can find a
list of records Cookie made, starting on page 70.  This is all courtesy
of Mike Montgomery.  The list was current as of 1995, so maybe Mike has
found more titles since then.

Cook also shows up on the Amusement and Rama labels, but little is known
about them.
