Troubleshooting Computer MIDI Problems
By James Huffer

Good morning, I am needing some help with choosing a MIDI player
for my laptop computer to play MIDI file on the piano. The laptop
is operating on Windows XP. I worked last night to play the MIDI
files on the piano using a MIDISPORT Uno USB-to-MIDI interface from
the computer to the piano. The Windows player was the software used
to play the MIDI files. The piano only played the upper register.

So my question is, should I be using a different MIDI player on the
computer? Just need some troubleshooting help and advice on what
MIDI player to use.

Thanks
