Windows Media Player can, and has always been able to, play MIDI files
accurately, as they are, to any properly installed MIDI device. The
MIDISport Uno USB-to-MIDI interface is a quality device and should work
properly when set up properly.

One possible explanation is that another MIDI program has changed MIDI
channel assignments. A MIDI file editor may show the file has been
changed, or that the MIDI channels have been changed in the MIDISport
Uno's MIDI Mapper. M-AUDIO may be able to offer some help on their web
site: http://www.m-audio.com/index.php
