+ I collect Duo Art and Red Welte reproducing pianos. I used to have a
+ couple of Recordo instruments. When they were sold I was ovewrseas and
+ not all the rolls went with them. So, I have a few hundred Recordo
+ system rolls. Recordo was the expression system devised in the US
+ before WW1 to try to allow more manufacturers into the reproducing
+ market. The specs were set at the 1911 Buffalo Convention. Not quite
+ as sophisticated as Welte or Ampico or Duo Art but an amazing system
+ none the less.
