Email Address Correction

Hi Jody,
I'm sure there is a lot of work to compile and put out the MMD and I do appreciate your efforts on the Digest.
I just wanted to correct the email address as listed in the 11/20/96 MMD for me. As was listed,<ucsd!ccnet.com!stridep>, should be <stridep@ccnet.com>. Thanks very much.

[ The alternate form of the address is unfamliar, but supported by most
[ ISPs. It implies UUCP transport. As a point of fact, that message
[ arrived here via UUCP, probably because of a routing decision by your
[ ISP cause by network congestion.
[
[ This "funny" form of address appears frequently in the digest. While
[ domain addresses read from left to right, UUCP addresses read from
[ right to left. If you read from right to left until you see something
[ that looks like a domain address, you can leave the rest of the left
[ part off and use it directly.

[ a!b!c!d!foxtail.com!kravitz
[
[ becomes simply
[
[ kravitz@foxtail.com
[
[ In your case,

[ ucsd!ccnet.com!stridep
[ becomes
[ stridp@ccnet.com
[
[ I don't have time to correct the return addresses in every
[ article, but the description above should allow people
[ to reconstruct the correct e-mail address in most cases. I'll
