I just received my Columbia House catalog and learned of a new CD,
"The Cosmopolitan Marlene Dietrich".  It has a 1997 issue date so
I am assuming the songs were recently remastered.

The description reads, "Accompanied by a traditional European cabaret
orchestra on these 1950s recordings, she brings a saucy charm to classics
like Lili Marlene; La Vie En Rose and Come Rain Or Come Shine, plus
Good For Nothing (with Rosemary Clooney).  Sung in English, German
and French."

The recording label is Columbia/Legacy.  I'm not sure if the CD is
available only to club members at this time or to the general public.
