Mechanical Cuckoo Bellows
By Nancy Fratti

Reply to Doug Rhodes, re 'condom' bellows for cuckoo movement.

Doug, Your description of the bellows for the cuckoo is totally appro-
priate!!! There is a guy in California who, once upon a time, had that
type of bellow reproduced. My mind is confused (Ha!) between remembering
two people's names... Which was it, now?? I believe it was:

  Dick Rigg
  400 Keen Dr.
  La Habra CA 90631
  tel 714-526-1928

If it wasn't Dick, it was:

  Robin Biggins
  6514 Verde Ridge Rd.
  Rancho Palos Verdes CA 90275-4632
  tel 310-377-1472

My money's on Dick, though!

 [ Editor's note:
 [
[ Since I live nearby I phoned both the gentlemen. Dick Rigg was not
[ at home, but Robin Biggins said it was Rigg who made the replacements.
 [
[ Robin told me that they are still a bit stiffer than the original,
[ and he suggested trying an actual condom! He said that you have
[ to cut only the little paddle board.
 [
[ Thanks, Nancy, for the profitable referrals! (Your memory is still
 [ alive and well ! :)
