The idea is a great one.  I looked up existing patents on
page turners using a net browser (Netscape) and found that
some other people have had ideas on this.  This shouldn't
stop you from designing you own.  Check out the patent
search process at the following website:

        http://patent.womplex.ibm.com/

This is a patent search site provided by IBM, the computer
company.  You just have to type a word or phrase and then hit
the search button.  I tried "page turner" and searched from
1971 to the present.
