This is a rough description of condition.  Rough because I was not
interested in it, so I did not look too close.  It is not a duplex,
and it does not have extra organ pedals, as some I have seen pictured.

Pipes were in boxes, so I could not tell if they were all there.  It
did have a large set of wooden pipes in a separate chamber, I assume
they went in the back.  It will need extensive pneumatic work.  Case
is in very good original condition.  As to the piano action, I can't
comment, as I never touched a key.
