The EMI CD, number CDM 7 64027 2, contains Beecham's performances of
Symphonies 4 and 6, plus "Lemminkainen's Return" and "The Bard".  This
disk may not be directly available in the USA, but I'm sure it could be
ordered from any good UK dealer, such as Bath Compact Discs.

The performances are indeed incomparable, as are most of Beecham's.
Sony offer a superb performance of the 7th Symphony.

(There is also a good Toscanini performance on a Music and Arts disc.
Naxos are beginning to issue the unofficial Toscanini recordings in
better sound than on other labels, but they haven't yet reached this
recording.)

It is still a good thing to put these records on your web site.

More platforms can play MPEG audio files than Real Audio, so MPEG files
are more widely useful.
