HI All,  Just a quick observation after nearly 26 years in business --
good musicians and good pianos rarely meet!  It's been my sad
experience that the best pianos belong to people who can't play them.
And the crappy instruments are 'used to death' by the musicians.
Why is that???

My gut feeling is that musicians and music teachers make a modest
living at best.  Many work two jobs to make ends meet.  I'll bet that
every piano tuner out there knows of a dozen good pianos that hardly
ever get played except by the tuner.  One such owner actually had the
nerve to get irritated at me when I didn't 'perform' after tuning the
piano.

Her exact words: "I only call you in every six months so I can hear
someone play my piano."
