I am in the process of rebuilding a set of Wurlitzer valves with the
pouches glued in from the bottom.  Does anyone have any tips on gluing
in the pouches and sealing them?

Once they are glued in, the top of the pouch is no longer accessible
for sealing.  Is there some way to seal the leather before it is glued
in?
