Hi John:  I had forgotten that Schaff pretty well keeps the door
closed to the public.  I suppose if wholesalers wanted to deal with
the public, they would become retailers.  One solution is for the
individual in need of piano parts to contact a bona-fide piano
technician to purchase the parts from the wholesale supplier.
Or, one can go directly to the supplier you've identified.

The new Schaff catalogue does not include a new price list yet
("Soon", says Schaff) and a number of new items don't appear in the
old price list.  Those of us in the trade can, of course, telephone
Schaff for prices.
