Introduction & 1915 Aeolian Orchestrelle
By Martin Anderson

Hello to all, My name is Martin Anderson and I am new to the
MMD environment. I am retired from the medical profession and got
involved with the restoration of a 1928 Wurlitzer theatre organ
which had been stored in a barn for 25 years.

That project being completed, I am now in love with a 1915 Aeolian
Orchestrelle grand which is being completely restored. It is in fine
shape other than it has been played to death. I am looking for any
information anyone may have on this instrument. I've been told this
project will be a nightmare before I am finished with the beast!
Could I have any suggestions on how to get at the pouches?

I am also looking for information for another project I am involved in,
the rebuilding of a Wurlitzer 105 band organ -- I love a challenge!
Thank you already to Robbie and Jody for the wealth of information
gleaned from the Digest. It won't take 60 days for me to realize what
a great resource the MMD is.

Your new best friend,
Martin Anderson
