Much thanks to all for leads on small hardware (screws, etc).  For your
information MSC industrial supply has what we need.  Their minimum
package quantity on things like screws is usually 100, but the prices
are reasonable.  Also thanks for the info on stripping the screws and
bluing them.

By the way, the original screws in the Standard Player Action pump
that hold the pump and reservoir bellows are oval head 2-1/4".
It seems that 2" and 2-1/2" are now standard and 2-1/4" not anymore.
