I would like to see the MMD stay on a contribution basis.  I myself
have no problem contributing to the publication/production of this
great journal and would hope that most of those using it likewise will
contribute.  I believe that as a subscription journal a lot of the
spontaneity and content would be lost.  It would be nice to get a
tickler when a year has gone by and it is time to contribute again.
