According to the news article referenced below, the former home of
Anton LaVey, (in)famous Satanist and all-round weirdo, will soon be
demolished.  According to an old eyewitness report, the building
contained a rather good theatre organ.  Apparently, he was an
accomplished organist, as this was his "day job".

If the organ is still in situ, perhaps the developer will be reasonable
about its removal.
