Midiboek 3.4 Prints Music Templates

Midiboek 3.4 is available now.  Features of version 3.4:

1.  Templates can be printed continuously on fanfold or banner paper.
Of course the printer must be capable to do this.  It is tested for
HP710, HP720 and Nec Pinwriter.

2.  Support to print templates for cylinders with more than one melody
in it.
