Hi there, I'm Susan Embler and I'm mostly lurking and reading so that
I can learn.  I'm a metalsmith and crafter of jewelry and small metal
things and I've recently gotten interested in repair of music boxes and
other mechanical musical items.  To date, I know exactly nothing, and
really don't have a clue where to start other than taking the ballerina
off of my daughter's jewelry box.

I've enjoyed what I've read so far, and I thank all you folks for
sharing expertise.  I'm sure to have a question of my own some day.
