I saw your message about the Bursens organ "De Carillon".  Which organ
do you mean?  There are two Bursens organs with this name.  One is in
the Haarlem organ museum, Holland -- it has 56 keys and was rebuilt by
the Perlee firm in Holland -- but I assume you mean the other one which
is a 64-key organ, built approximately 1920 by Bursens, Antwerp, for
the Warnies brothers in Amsterdam.

In 1923 the 64-key organ became the property of Mrs. Moehlmann-Warnies,
a sister of the Warnies brothers.  In the 'thirties it was sold to
somebody in Rotterdam.  After the war it was called "Ome Piet", but the
organ was rebuilt then.  In 1966 Henk Moehlmann of Amsterdam sold what
was left of it to England (Mr. Dowlman).
