Years ago when I was primarily interested in coin-operated pianos
and orchestrions I had made up several types of tune cards and still
have some around.  What I have in stock are those for

 1. Wurlitzer
 2. Western Electric
 3. Seeburg
 4. Link

These all were printed on manila stock to look and feel like the
original.  I have sold these in the past for four for a dollar plus
postage.
