First, has the owner talked to Stinson? They provide the MIDI option
with all their new organs and might be able to retrofit easily, though
at a price.

I assume you don't want to build something like my MIDI interface
described in the Carousel Association (COAA Journal), basically a board
with pallet valves that tee into the existing tracker tubing.

The neatest solution would be the Gerety-Chase valve blocks, which are
very compact and easy to splice into the existing tubing.

The PowerRoll is built for the player piano 9/inch scale, and I suspect
would be very costly to re-engineer for the organ tracker bar.

[ A PowerRoll unit was tested at a European style orchestrion that
[ was temporarily fitted with a 9/inch tracker bar. The results were
[ marginal, apparently because its internal air passages are too small.
