Ampico Re-roll Lock-up Problem

My Ampico B has an annoying problem.  When I reroll, it seems to lock up
and won't let go.  I have to turn the power off and then reroll by hand.
This happens on rolls of any length.

Helpful suggestions would be appreciated.
