I hold an "Unabridged Republication" of Wicks' book, "Organ Building
for Amateurs", from The Organ Literature Foundation, and I see
absolutely no indication of any copyright notice in my book.

It does speak of the advantage of rolling pipes from paper in the
way of low cost, light weight and durability.  My book cost $15.00
a few years ago...  Inflation?
