Wilberton Gould's Technical Articles

Hi All,  The general consensus is that posting the Tuners' Journal
articles by Wilberton Gould, at Player-Care.com, does not violate any
laws.  Therefore, I have put the ones that were finished back at the
web site.  See  http://www.player-care.com/technical-articles.html 

As you will see, if you visit the above page, there are over half
a dozen articles still to come. Converting the scanned images of the
articles into web pages is a bit time consuming because the color of
the old paper and the color of the text are fairly close to each other.
However, I'm perfecting a technique which makes it easier for the OCR
software to 'read' the text fairly accurately, and this greatly reduces
the time it takes to correct mistakes.  Hopefully, I'll find the time
to complete at least one new article a week.

Again, I want to thank Larry Lobel for sending me these articles.
I hope I do them justice...
