I once owned a Wurlitzer 145 organ and had a copy of a Wurlitzer
Owner's Instruction Booklet.  The instructions were not very specific,
with comments reading such as, "Remove a few screws here and there"
(to gain access to the wind bellows).  Tuning instructions were
something like "Everything should be tuned a little bit flat".
I hope this might shed a little light on the subject.
