I believe that you'll find in Bob Stanoszek's book the instructions for
tuning the Style 104/105 Wurlitzer organ one tone lower than standard.

Additional note: the Wurlitzer Style 105 does not have any bells unless
someone has added them, but even if it did the tuning to the next lower
tone would still be easily done.
