Tom, Your musical box comb has six teeth that will need replacement and
a number of additional teeth that will need tips.  The bad news is that
there is no one making replacement combs for cartel music boxes like
this.

The good news is that there are competent restorers who can make it
right.  You should do a search of the MMD Archives to locate a restorer
list and then contact one or more of them for estimates to do this

There are some music boxes that are beyond repair, but I believe that
this is not one of them and thus could be brought back to life.
