Upgrading the PianoDisc PDS-128 Solenoid Player
By Nick Klosz

-- non-subscriber, please reply to sender and MMD --

I've inherited a PDS-128S PianoDisc system with the Symphony Module
included, both work perfectly. There's also a seperate PianoDisc
CD unit with it, although not wired in. There's no place in it
for a CD, so I assume I'm to use my own CD player with it.

Can anyone tell me what's involved in upgrading to the new 228CFX
unit? Is it simply a matter of swapping out the control unit, then
upgrading the software? Any clues as to the cost for it?

Thanks,
Nick Klosz
