Deagan Chimes Striker Voltage
By Bill McGown

Thanks to all who offered assistance on my request for the operating
voltage of my Deagan chime set. After I had posted the request this
item was listed on eBay (item number 5868764971); I just saw it today.
It is identical to the one I have and -- miracle of miracles! -- the
seller listed the operating voltage for the chimes. I will have to
write him a note of thanks.

For the record, since the eBay listings die after a while, this unit
at eBay looks like it is an original Deagan 21-key keyboard and the
operating voltage is shown to be 24 VAC. Also it has a 6-position
rotary switch that selects lower voltages, tapped off the
transformer, for a more muted effect.

Thanks again,
Bill McGown
