I am currently planning to be there, and yes, I would.  While I've
visited a couple of rallies as an "outsider," this will be my first
time as a COAA participant, so I don't know the procedures, timetables,
etc.  It seems obvious that someone needs to make arrangements for
a place and coordinate any presentations.

I've got an idea about the use of "pipe scale boards" which I hope to
have developed to the show-and-tell stage by then.
