"Plastic Paper" for Music Rolls

I have three John Smith organ rolls cut by Melvin Wright on "plastic
paper," and it looks like good stuff.  When I tried a quick Google search
I did not get clear answers.  Could you post specific references?  You can
do so without making recommendations.
