"Plastic Paper" for Music Rolls

Hello Wallace, the "plastic paper" is "good stuff", because it is
 - more durable then paper
 - stronger then paper
 - water-resistant

But! -- once this stuff starts to rip, you are in big-time trouble!
It doesn't glue as well as paper and thus "repairing" a ripped roll is
quite a vain effort.

What would you use the "plastic paper" for?
 - If you just trying to extend/replace the beginning/end of your paper
rolls with this: great!
 - If you wanna punch your own music: unless you have really good and
precise as well as sharp machinery: *forget it!*
