Seek Criterion 20-1/2" Disc Musical Box Labels

Does anyone have, or know someone else who has, a Criterion 20-1/2"
floor model music box with the unusual cigar dispenser on right side
below crank?
I need a couple of sharp, high resolution digital photos of the labels
on the right side. If anyone has access to one of these machines,
please contact me directly. Thanks!
