Hi Folks,  A Virginia piano company was asked to remove the restored
playing Duo-Art mechanism from an art-carved-case Steinway grand in
an upscale Virginia home.  The removal was carefully done by QRS and
each piece was packaged for future reinstallation in another fine
grand.  The vintage Duo-Art mechanism was replaced with a CD MIDI
playing system!  Horrors!

If anyone is interested, contact me by e-mail and I will put you
in contact with the piano company in Virginia.  The asking price is
$1,200 but I suspect they would sell it for less.  And remember the
mechanism was removed and stored by professionals.
